Third beta. Overlay networking and load balancing.

Added

• VXLAN overlay: per-VNI encap/decap on a dedicated underlay interface, with the agent programming the VNI→tunnel map from the control plane.
• L4 load balancer: weighted round-robin backend pools on a dedicated VIP interface (opt-in).

Fixed

• Conntrack: the established-flow timeout no longer resets early under load, so long-lived TCP sessions are not reaped.
• NAT: corrected DNAT reply translation for port-forwards to high ports.

Performance

• ~6% lower CPU at 10 Gbps line rate in lab.
