Stratum v1.0.0-rc.8

Release candidate. Continues the Stratum 1.0 preview — recommended for evaluation and staging. Hold production rollouts for the stable v1.0.0 version.

Highlights

Resilient installs. The installer now runs detached, so an install survives SSH disconnects and Ctrl-C and keeps running to completion. Every run saves a log you can review afterward — kept available even if an install fails, so problems stay diagnosable.
