Release candidate. Corrects what license status reports for a revoked licence, alongside a substantial documentation expansion.

Fixed

• license status no longer says a revoked licence is active. A node whose licence had been revoked refused every change — correctly — with "License inactive: changes are frozen", while cenvero-str-ctl license status still displayed State: ACTIVE. The command an operator runs to explain that refusal was contradicting it. The status view worked out its state from the licence dates alone and never consulted the revocation list the agent actually enforces against; it now does, so a revoked licence reads FROZEN and the reason for the refusal is visible. Enforcement itself was already correct and is unchanged — only what you were told about it was wrong.

Documentation

All of the following is already live and needs nothing from you.

• Four new pages covering what the documentation previously left to inference:

- How Stratum Works — what runs on a node, how a packet moves through it, and what survives what. Including the point that matters most in an incident: if the agent stops, traffic keeps flowing; what you lose is the ability to change anything. - Concepts — the vocabulary, weighted toward the terms that mean something narrower here than elsewhere. - Security Model — what is enforced without configuration, what is yours to set, and a frank account of where the boundaries are not. - Monitoring & Observability — which of the five sources answers which question.

• Networking Overview now shows how to stand up a VXLAN overlay across nodes end to end, including registering peers in both directions.
• The documentation is downloadable as JSON. Every page, with its markdown, headings and metadata, from the documentation index — for reading offline, indexing, or feeding to your own tooling. Individual pages are available the same way.
