Stratum v1.0.0-rc.10

Release candidate. This RC completes the Stratum 1.0 dataplane feature set — recommended for evaluation and staging. Hold production rollouts for the stable v1.0.0 version.

Networking & dataplane

• VXLAN overlay networking, wired end to end.
• L4 load balancer in the dataplane.
• NAT66 for IPv6.
• BGP peering with resilient failover (BFD and graceful restart).
• Floating-IP failover with cluster-wide state replication.
• Core dataplane hardening: VLAN lockdown and automatic blocklist expiry.

Firewall & intrusion detection

• Stateful firewall with connection tracking on the gateway and compute paths.
• Intrusion detection for port scans and floods.
• Richer firewall rules: presets and batch changes, scheduled rules, domain-based rules, conflict detection, MAC matching, layered policy, and per-interface scoping.

IP address management

• IPAM with conflict detection and clearer visibility.
• Per-network DHCP.
• DNSSEC support.

Bandwidth & multi-tenancy

• Per-VM bandwidth limits.
• Usage metering: monthly quotas, flow records with export, and 95th-percentile accounting.
• Multi-tenant isolation across containers and interfaces.

Observability

• Built-out observability and metrics across the platform.
